Nicole Yingling is a certified body contour technician and owner of Reshape California Body Contour. As a weight loss and body sculpting expert, her services are relaxing, calming, and treatments that leave her clients feeling confident about their body and appearance.
She offers several different treatment options and free consultations. Treatments reduce cellulite, increase weight loss, and even increase muscle mass. She uses all-natural essential oil products from Young Living, Arbonne and Monat.
Nicole completed her fitness certification and Wilderness First Responder certification 2014. She is certified through ISSA (International Sport Science Association) and completed Wilderness First Responder certification courses, at NOLS Wilderness Medicine Institute. Nicole also completed two associate degrees at Mt. San Jacinto College in 2015, and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree for Social Work at Brandman University.
Nicole has also worked in the mental health profession for the last 12 years. During this time, she developed programs for different organizations, provided individual counseling, group counseling, referrals, and worked with several multidisciplinary teams.
While she enjoyed helping individuals improve their mental health, she felt something was lacking. Nicole felt she needed to include physical health back into her care and decided to become a certified body sculpt technician. Nicole believes total well being includes treating the person's whole mind/body/spirit. Nicole’s goal is to help her clients feel physically healthy, emotionally healthy, and to provide everyone with a boost of confidence when they leave their sessions.
